Ability Software has formed strategic partnerships to form larger software development teams.

An example was the Asset Covered Securities (ACS) project on behalf of Bearing Point for the ICS Building Society which is part of the Bank of Ireland Group.

The ACS programme was the first mortgage security to be issued under the Irish Asset Covered Securities Act 2001. It was first and largest raising over Euro 2 billion on the Bond Market.
