Ronan Minogue – Managing Director
Ronan has over 18 years IT experience.
Ronan’s role has evolved from development, through to team leading, business analysis and project management.
Prior to forming Ability Software, with the other founding directors, Ronan worked predominately as an independent consultant. Clients during this period included Quinn Direct Insurance, Bank of Ireland, Wickcliffe Press (New Zealand), Allianz Insurance and Molex.

Darren McBride – Technical Director
Darren is technical director of Ability Software and co-founder of the company.
He has over 20 years application development and management experience.
Darren spent several years outside of Ireland enhancing his software development skills in the airline, publishing and insurance sectors before returning to Ireland in 1995.

Bart O’Connor – Company Director
Bart is a co founder of Ability Software.
Bart was founder and Managing Director of Universal Software Consultants, specialising in mid range insurance and banking software.
Previously Bart worked for J.B.A. UK Limited, IBM New Zealand and IBM Ireland in senior technical positions. Bart has over 20 years experience ranging from Production Control (using MAPICS, PROPICS), Financial Accounting (JBA System 21), Retail Banking (RIBS), International Telecom billing systems (ICMS) and Insurance (Insure 90)applications.
