This is a claim management application. It implements a series of checks which are performed when a claim is being processed. Each check results in a pass or failure rating depending on whether the result of the check would ensure a claim was processed quickly (for example if car hire is appointed by the insurance company or the client agrees to settlement without a referring to a solicitor).
Supervisors can then check the pro-activity of their staff and take steps to ensure that all necessary measures are being taken to ensure the quickest closure possible for claims. This can be integrated with the Claims Management application (see below) and achieve improvements in the claims management process.
